The project DRHOUSE (Development of Rapid Highly-specialized Operative Units for Structural Evaluation), will be carried out in24 months, starting from June 2010, according to the following phases:

1. Development and implementation activities (mainly conducted during the first year of activity)
a. Design of the capability (tasks, capacities, components, self-sufficiency, deployment,
interoperability)
b. Updating and upgrading of the IT and technical Equipment
c. Modules interoperability and satellite support
d. Capability implementation and standby arrangements (for the pre-deployment and
deployment phases)
e. Standard Operating Procedures development

2. Support activities (ongoing during the second year of activity)
a. Training
b. dissemination
c. implementation of an International Advisory Panel

3. Test: starting from January 2011
a. Real earthquake deployment (within year 2011) or large scale exercise
