Chiara Casarotti is currently researcher in seismic engineering at the EUCENTRE TREES Lab, where she is scientific coordinator of the Bearing Tester System. She took her Laurea degree at the University of Pavia (2001), her MsC and her PhD (2004) in Earthquake Engineering from the European School for Reduction of Seimic Risk joined with University of Pavia. She has been postdoctoral researcher at the SRMD lab of the University of California San Diego.
